This company has been absolutely dreadful and untrustworthy. I ordered a LED neck and face mask for my wife and was repeatedly misled about the shipping. They kept saying it had been dispatched and would arrive in 2 to 3 days, but it took weeks. When it finally arrived, the face mask was missing, which I suspect they never had in stock. They were unwilling to issue a refund, forcing me to go through a dispute with the payment platform, and I'm still fighting the case. I really wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase (AVOID).
The company asserts that it provides a full refund if you're dissatisfied, but this is misleading. They specify that refunds are only available for defective products. If you're unhappy for any other reason after unboxing, they will not process a return or issue a refund. There seems to be an internal policy that contradicts their advertising. I'm currently trying to address this misleading information.

They have altered the names of the 'users'; otherwise, the photos are identical. Additionally, I found that the registered address appears to be a virtual office, and public records indicate significant control by someone based in Russia. This may be important for customers in the UK to consider before making a purchase. Based on this, I decided against proceeding and advise others to research thoroughly before buying.
I ordered an IPL machine in August 2025. Unfortunately, it stopped working in early December. When I reported this to the company, they were very helpful and replied almost instantly. A replacement was sent out a week later. I'm genuinely impressed with the customer service and the outcome. Thank you.

This practice is unacceptable. I have proof of postage for the returned item, yet I'm being denied a full refund. This is against the law. A photo of the delivered item should not be necessary for a refund. I advise avoiding this company and will report them to trading standards, in addition to pursuing a claim in small claims court for my refund.
