I've been a fan of another brand for years, but these boots are on the same level. I can see them lasting for a long time. I initially ordered a size 8 but found them a bit snug. The return process was smooth, and within a week, I received a size 8.5, which fits perfectly. I was surprised by some negative reviews about customer service because I found their support to be excellent, responding to my email right away. I’m quite particular, but these boots are truly fantastic, deserving a 10/10 rating. I really appreciate the commando-style soles as well. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return for more. The packaging was impressive, comparable to what you might expect from much pricier footwear. They even included an extra pair of laces, which I thought was a great touch. If you're considering a pair of these boots, go for it—you won’t regret it!
