The cat is healthy, well-cared-for, and absolutely lovely. However, my interactions with the breeder were difficult: simple questions were met with harshness and accusations. I previously purchased a cat from another breeder through this platform, and that experience was perfect. Unfortunately, the experience with this second cat was very different. The pet himself is wonderful and brings me immense joy, but the overall impression of the breeder left a negative feeling. I would also like to highlight that the site’s manager responded quickly to my message, apologized, and forwarded all the information to the administration. Her attitude was attentive and respectful, which I truly appreciated. I would have rated 2–3 stars due to my disappointment with the breeder’s behavior, but thanks to the manager’s kind and prompt response, I decided to adjust my rating to 4 stars.
If you want to pick up your puppy in person, you will be turned away. You can only purchase a puppy here if you automatically agree to the transport option. You cannot communicate with the breeder directly to learn more about the puppy, nor will you receive information from this agency if you do not agree to their transport policy. I've never encountered anything so frustrating, and it raises serious doubts for me!
I’ve had a wonderful experience with the service! The representative was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to understand what I was looking for in my Maine Coons. She even helped me learn more about coat colors and genetics, which I truly appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept me informed right up to the day of shipping and even checked in afterward to ensure my kittens arrived safely. Both of my cats are sweet, healthy, and full of personality.
