Review Time
I'm very confused. I buy the smooth pate for my cats. The organic ones aswell. I've just recently ordered from Amazon as I was low and needed next day delivery. The store name was "Lilly's kitchen" Amazon's choice. The packaging and food was very different. The writing on the back was different. Can you please be transparent and let me know are the items you sell on your Amazon shop from Eu countries and the items you sell from your website and Pets at Home from the UK?
My dog turned her nose up at this biscuit advent calendar. I got a different brand last year that she loved, but this year's variety was a no-go. I ended up throwing it away and won't be purchasing it again. I also got one for my daughter's dog, and she reported the same issue; her dog hated it too.
AVOID - I used this brand once when I ran out of another. My dog barely wanted to eat it and only took a couple of bites. Upon closer inspection, it was clearly mouldy with white and green spots. She had a seizure from poisoning and had to stay overnight at the vet. After spending £2k, I will never use this brand again.
Excellent healthy food and treats for our dog. She loves the variety of trays, tins, and biscuits. We have no plans to switch from this brand. The wet food smells fantastic, unlike any other we've tried. We stocked up during the last sale and are happy to do so again. We appreciate that they are a certified company and their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend!
What happened to the common saying that the customer is always right? I ordered food for my pet on November 27th, and today is November 3rd. The brand states 1-6 days for deliveries, yet I still haven't received my order. While I understand delays can happen, I can't comprehend why the representative argued with me about it still being within the timeframe when it clearly isn't. I won't be ordering again or using this brand elsewhere.
I haven't received my order, as the only courier used apparently 'attempted delivery' while I was home all day. They then sent it to an unrelated shop for me to collect. I've been a customer for seven years, but now I'm canceling all subscriptions. The courier may be inexpensive, but they are unreliable and will lose customers. I'm only giving two stars due to the quick refund.
We have been using this brand for two years without issues, but the last few deliveries have had problems. We received badly dented cans and strange items mixed in the food. It seems the quality has dropped. Since the website update, we've had trouble managing our subscriptions. Our last delivery was missing four cans, and despite reaching out, we haven't received a refund or the missing items. We feel we may need to stop using this brand.
