I found your story on the website about creating this product after adopting two Bengal cats in 2022. However, my regular house cats can't even fit in the items that arrived today. It's also worth noting that many reviews I've seen are one star, not the 4.7 out of 5 you advertise. Lastly, you should clearly state that the products come from overseas. If that were disclosed, I doubt anyone would order! Completely disappointing!
