Additionally, I faced delivery issues; it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I reached out via email and received a response after 3 days, stating they would look into the shipping. Had I seen these reviews beforehand, I would have never made this purchase.

I placed an order on 12/18/2025, expecting to receive it within 5-7 business days. I assumed it was shipping from within the country, not directly from overseas. As of now, I still haven't received it, and the tracking information is unhelpful. I've disputed the charge with my credit card, but the company only has an unresponsive customer service email for contact. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
