I placed an order on 12/18/2025, expecting to receive it within 5-7 business days. I assumed it was shipping from within the country, not directly from overseas. As of now, I still haven't received it, and the tracking information is unhelpful. I've disputed the charge with my credit card, but the company only has an unresponsive customer service email for contact. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
