I came across your story on the website about developing this product after adopting two Bengal cats in 2022. Sadly, my regular house cats cannot fit into the items I received. Additionally, it would be beneficial to mention that many reviews I've seen are one star, not the advertised 4.7 out of 5. Furthermore, potential buyers should be informed that the product ships from overseas. If this were clearly stated, I doubt anyone would make a purchase! Completely unsatisfactory!
