I bought a pair of sandals and a pair of leather sneakers from them in June/July. The pair of sandals were okay but the pair of sneakers were slightly on the small size. I asked for a replacement. Ms Marta of Laportegna said yes and I sent the pair back. They arrived at the Post Office in Spain on 2nd Aug but were stuck there ever since. I tried to inquire here on my side (Hong Kong Post Office) but they said it is out of their hands as the parcel is with the Spanish Post Office. i tried inquired through the Spanish Post Office website but i was asked for a contact no. in Spain. I do not have it so I could not use their inquiry service. There is nothing really I can do from my side but to Ms Marta to help. I sent several emails and even called their shop in Madrid and office but no luck. I really dislike companies stop communicating with clients/customers when there are issues. Very disappointing! I really like the pair so I hope they will come back to me.
