I have been a long-time customer, but I will no longer purchase from this brand. The website isn’t functioning properly, and I didn’t receive the samples I expected. I also received a broken item, and customer service was unresponsive. After finally returning the item for a replacement, I was shocked by the excessive packaging and lack of any apology or acknowledgment. This is not the experience I expect from a luxury brand.
