I’ve recently bought La Prairie’s Skin Caviar Essence-In-Lotion while I was flying onboard Singapore Airlines Business Class, but when I landed and returned to my apartment, I opened the sealed packaging and was shocked to see that the cap of the bottle wasn’t properly closed tight and therefore some of the essence lotion has spilled out and even stained the inside of the box. I am so disappointed that there is also so much essence spilled out of the bottle already. La Prairie is supposed to be the best in the world, how can this ever happen!They subsequently replied to me saying they can’t find the order number, and I responded saying that I bought it while flying onboard a Singapore Airlines flight and not through online sales that’s why there’s no order number. I even replied giving them photo evidence. To date I have not received a reply.
