It took considerable effort to identify a few truly UK-based vendors that honor their commitments to provide quality products or handle replacements quickly and courteously. This particular vendor has a verifiable UK location and company registration, with identifiable individuals in control, although there are some complexities regarding their connections to other businesses. Their supplier is likely based in the Far East, yet as a retail customer, my contract is with the UK retailer. There was a minor issue with the item listing indicating stock availability, which caused some confusion. I hope my order placed on December 7 will meet expectations, and I plan to provide updates on battery performance and any further interactions with the representative.
