However, it is worth noting that both directors have other companies operating from the same address, with one having a Hong Kong nationality and the other British. Their supplier is likely based in the Far East, but as a retail customer, my contract is with the UK retailer. If anyone finds evidence to the contrary, they are encouraged to challenge my findings. One concern I have with this business is related to their item listings. They state that if the 'Add to Cart' button is absent, the item is out of stock. However, when the button is available and an order is placed, the email response may still indicate that they will inform you about the lead time if the item is not in stock, which can be confusing and disappointing for buyers. I hope that my order placed on December 7th will not lead to disappointment and that the products will last reasonably long when used properly.
