I originally ordered a battery for an old laptop I was setting up for a friend's daughter only to be told 30 mins latter that they decided to buy a new laptop for her.I contacted sales and apologised asking for the order to be cancelled and be refunded. I received a kind and understanding reply less than 15 minutes later as well as the refund.Seeing that this is well established company (not like many fly-by-night ones) and such a great customer response they will be my first port of call the next time I or clients need a replacement battery.
