I placed an order for a Dell Monitor on 10 Novemer 2025 . The delivery was supposed to be within a maximum of 7 working days. The status is still showing as being processed on the website, however. I have written several emails, and used their contact form on the website, requesting the status, when it would be delivered, and the courier name. However I have not received any acknowledgement of my emails let alone an update. I now have now no alternative but to request a ful refund. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service.
