Delayed delivery and lack of communication

I ordered a motherboard on December 21st and was charged immediately. They promised delivery within 5-7 working days. I understand that Christmas and New Year were in that timeframe, so I waited patiently. Their website mentions allowing an extra 2-3 days during busy times, but after that period, I still hadn't received any updates. I reached out via email on January 2nd at 1 PM, hoping for a response about the status. Over 24 hours passed without any reply. Meanwhile, all my other PC components from different sellers, ordered the same day or later, have arrived. This motherboard is crucial for my setup, and I'm left without any information. It feels like enough time has passed for them to either dispatch the item or respond to my inquiry. After reading other reviews, I've noticed many customers have faced similar shipping delays and only received their items after voicing their concerns. However, without my order number or personal details displayed here, how would they identify my order? If they are reviewing this, the motherboard in question is an MSI MAG B760 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4, ordered on December 21, 2025, at 19:18:00 GMT. Thank you!

Stay away from this service. Initially, my partner placed an order on December 5th, only to receive a payment confirmation from the payment provider on the 9th. There was no communication regarding the order. After following up with an email asking for a delivery timeframe, along with payment details, I received a response claiming they had no record of the order. When my partner sent another email, it went unanswered. On December 11th, I intervened, mentioning that I would report them to consumer protection authorities. Immediately after, my partner received an email indicating that the order had been dispatched—how strange. Later that evening, I received threats from the business following my negative review, which accurately reflected our experience. They warned of legal action and suggested I should prepare financially. This company failed to provide order information and resorted to threats when challenged. I have all relevant emails and am prepared to share them with anyone interested. I am also reaching out to consumer protection, legal advisors, and the payment provider about the threats made. Another email arrived late on December 11th, continuing their intimidating behavior. I highlighted other reviews indicating similar negative experiences, noting their lack of communication until complaints were made. After sending a formal email outlining relevant legislation, I received yet another message threatening legal action over supposed false accusations. They claimed to have passed my case to their legal representatives, demanding no further communication from me. I warned them that I would report them for harassment if their unprofessional behavior continued, which seems inevitable now. Additionally, they sent another legal notice, reiterating their threats. Their so-called legal partner appears to be a debt collector, which I will also discuss with. Anyone facing abuse from this business should report them to the relevant authorities, including the web hosting service they use. The business is not based in the UK and is concealing its location. Customers should also notify their banks regarding any issues and report them to consumer protection agencies.

Steer clear of this service.

Steer clear of this service. My wife placed an order for a laptop on December 6th and made a payment through a payment service. They processed the payment but failed to provide any order confirmation or tracking details. According to the payment service, the item is marked as delivered, which is completely untrue. My wife has attempted to get a refund and cancel the order but has had no success. This company is fraudulent and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Do not trust the 5 star reviews, they are clearly fabricated. Like others who have given negative reviews. I’ve received no confirmation of a dispatch note, communication is extremely poor and in broken English. I was told dispatch wouldn’t happen until the end of my expected delivery time frame. Was then told I could expect delivery on Friday, and then a couple of hours later received a “Credit Memo” and told my order was cancelled due to “pricing error” and they couldn’t now sell me the laptop at that price. It feels like it’s a guy in his bedroom working off his phone, running a drop shipping scheme. Emails are unprofessional, no signature at the bottom, no name, no contact info. Red flags everywhere. Should have done my research before buying!!Just stay away as far as you can. I’m dubious if I will get a refund at all, I’ll have to go through my bank. Edit - I have been doing some digging, the people/person behind this “company” also had another one called PinnTech.co.uk. The reviews for PinnTech are near mirror. People not getting items, poor communication, items arriving late. More concerning is the fact that many people have said they have requested a refund but after weeks and weeks still not received anything and being completely ignored. PinnTech is now called DeviceHub. Addresses for PinnTech, DeviceHub and LaptopHubUk are all the same. The guy also had a company called Itsupplies which has been closed down, and the website now directs you to DeviceHub.

I paid £15.99 for next day delivery...

I paid £15.99 for next day delivery. Im now on day 10 and have received absolutely nothing. I have, unlike many others received a poorly written email apologising for the delay and that I could expect my delivery mid week (tomorrow). I am yet to receive any delivery confirmation so I highly doubt that will happen. Customer service is non existent and this point im almost certain that this company is one guy on his own and has only existed for a few months. Im going to wait untill tomorrow and if I havent received anything im going to cancel my order. I feel like an idiot not doing my research before buying from this company. What a stressful disappointing.UPDATE 10/12/25Shortly after written this review I received a confirmation from FedEx of delivery today (which i have now received without issue). The seller also emailed me, stating that delivery had been sent yesterday and to update my review. It was 10 days late, the seller has stated that ill receive a refund for the delivery cost.This is what ill say, people are happy to wait, most people understand that December is busy, thats why I ordered this gift a month early. Your problems start when there isnt a contact number, when there isnt a record of the company or its history, its looks very pop up and im still certain this is a buisness operated by 1 man with access to chat GPT. There is no warehouse, no office, no staff. Its a small buisness made to look big. I personally, even know I did eventually receive my item. Go elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. My wife played an order for a laptop on the 6th December making a payment via Klarna, they took the payment, but provided no order confirmation, provided no tracking information. Looking at the status on klarna, its claiming item has been delivered which is a complete lie. My wife has tried fo get a refund and cancel the order but having no look with this order. This company is fraud and will be reported to trade and standards

Your order will probably arrive, but expect issues.

Update: As expected, my order had been sent to the wrong address. Immediately after posting my initial review, the company contacted me to query why, along with the tracking information I'd requested earlier but hadn't received. The tracking information revealed that the item was at the wrong destination. To their credit, they dispatched a replacement quickly and it arrived 2 days later. While the speed of the solution was good, the fact that they got the delivery address wrong initially and then sent me the tracking info for that address without once checking for an issue is concerning. I won't be using these guys again, but if you've ordered something you can at least be assured that it isn't a scam and that your item *should* arrive at some point. When looking at my experience in conjunction with multiple other similar reviews, there's clearly some major issues with how this business is run. ________________________________________Original review: It's clear from the reviews below (some clearly paid for, others scathing from legitimate customers) that there's something going on here, so I did some digging. 1. The entirety of the text on the website is AI generated (ChatGPT specifically).2. The company exists at the stated address, however there are many lies regarding the origins of the business on the 'About Us' page. The company was founded in February of this year (2025), not 2019 or 1990.3. It is stated in 'Delivery Information' that all orders will receive tracking info. I have received none. 4. Upon querying this via email, I was told (in broken english) that the courier would be contacted. Any tracking information for dispatched products should be readily available to them as part of normal operations, so I assume that this was also a lie. I'll update this review if and when I receive my order. But either way, it's not worth saving £10 over Amazon by using these guys. If my order doesn't arrive within the timeframe, given all of the above I'll be reporting the business to trading standards and would encourage others to do the same.
