I made a purchase for a camera lens from LaptopHub on November 9th, 2025, and as of today 20th of Nov, I still have not received my order. What’s even worse is the complete lack of communication from their side. There is no working phone line to reach them, and despite sending multiple emails, I have not received a single response.This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Laptophub please I need my refund ASAP, as it’s clear I’m not getting my order and the company is not making any effort to resolve the issue. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and a huge inconvenience especially as a new mum trying to focus on my little one. Instead of receiving the product I paid for, I’ve been left dealing with unnecessary stress and uncertainty.I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this seller.
