I ordered an Elgato 4K S on the 23rd of October. After waiting for 6 days, apparently my order is now “closed”? I didn’t receive the item nor a refund. Not even an email confirming my order or telling me the status of it. Guess what? There isn’t even a refund option on the website, you’ll have to email them when they don’t even email you.I absolutely regret buying from them instead of Amazon just to save 10 pounds.
