When my partner sent another email, it went unanswered. On December 11th, I intervened, mentioning that I would report them to consumer protection authorities. Immediately after, my partner received an email indicating that the order had been dispatched—how strange. Later that evening, I received threats from the business following my negative review, which accurately reflected our experience. They warned of legal action and suggested I should prepare financially. This company failed to provide order information and resorted to threats when challenged. I have all relevant emails and am prepared to share them with anyone interested. I am also reaching out to consumer protection, legal advisors, and the payment provider about the threats made. Another email arrived late on December 11th, continuing their intimidating behavior. I highlighted other reviews indicating similar negative experiences, noting their lack of communication until complaints were made. After sending a formal email outlining relevant legislation, I received yet another message threatening legal action over supposed false accusations. They claimed to have passed my case to their legal representatives, demanding no further communication from me. I warned them that I would report them for harassment if their unprofessional behavior continued, which seems inevitable now. Additionally, they sent another legal notice, reiterating their threats. Their so-called legal partner appears to be a debt collector, which I will also discuss with. Anyone facing abuse from this business should report them to the relevant authorities, including the web hosting service they use. The business is not based in the UK and is concealing its location. Customers should also notify their banks regarding any issues and report them to consumer protection agencies.
