I ordered a single keycap and hinge. Although the parts arrived in about 10 days, there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. If you have a question and expect an answer, you might as well ask a rock. I needed to confirm the shipping time since my order status was stuck on 'AWAITING FULFILLMENT' for about 3 days. I sent a message through the website and even a separate email, but received no response. Ultimately, I had to open a case with a payment service, fearing I had been scammed. Luckily, that wasn't the case. In short: You will receive your parts in a reasonable timeframe, but the communication is nonexistent. The only thing you’ll get are automated order confirmation emails.
