The key/hinge is a perfect fit, the instructions are available in videos on YouTube, they have very clear steps on removing/installing new keys. Great customer service too on replying to order inquiries. Highly recommended, thanks!

l got the "A"key for my laptop but it was black and l needed grey. l sent an email to them on the 14

l got the "A"key for my laptop but it was black and l needed grey. l sent an email to them on the 14th December 2025 to see if l could get a grey one instead. As of today 27th Jan 2026 l have not received any reply to my email. Correspondence seems to be non existant.

Timely Delivery but Communication Lacking

I ordered a single keycap and hinge. While the parts arrived in about 10 days, there was ZERO COMMUNICATION. If you have a question and hope for an answer, good luck with that. I wanted to check on the shipping time since my order status was stuck on 'AWAITING FULFILLMENT' for around 3 days. I sent a message through the website and even a separate email, but received no reply from either. I ended up opening a case with a payment service, fearing I had been scammed. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case. In summary: The parts arrive reasonably quickly, but the communication is non-existent. The only thing you’ll receive is automated order confirmation emails.

Luckily, that wasn't the case. In short: You will receive your parts in a reasonable timeframe, but the communication is nonexistent. The only thing you’ll get are automated order confirmation emails.

Installation Guide Issues

I ordered a replacement key for my keyboard, which I was happy to find listed on the site. However, their installation guides did not include this model, so I had to watch several guides and figure it out myself. After some attempts, I managed to get it to fit, so I’m pleased it worked, but not satisfied with their installation support.
