My "backspace" key broke in two and fell off after having been loose and wonky for weeks. I ordered a replacement which promptly came in the mail. When I tried to install it, it didn't fit. I emailed their support, got a reply the same day asking for pictures of my keyboard. After sending the pictures, I had mis-identified my keyboard and ordered the wrong one. This company then shipped the correct one at no extra charge even though it was totally my mistake. Great company to do business with.
