The first key I ordered was the wrong one but it was my mistake. The second one looked exactly like what I needed but when I tried to install it I figured out I had a very rare model that they keyboard under the keys was inverted. After reaching out to support they found the exact key I needed and sent it at no cost (since I already bought two that didn’t work). I appreciate their support to get me what I needed.
