I ordered a refurbished laptop that arrived quickly and appeared in excellent condition. Unfortunately, it was not deprovisioned from the previous owner, preventing login from outside accounts. This reflects poorly on the seller and the previous corporate owner. Additionally, communication with the seller was frustrating; they did not respond to emails, and I had to follow up on both return and refund through their chat feature.
