The customer service was unacceptable. After my payment couldn’t be processed, I waited 40 minutes on hold only to be told to try paying again with a different browser. Having already tried two browsers, I decided to take my business elsewhere. In response to your reply, I made the call at 13:13 and was on the line for 43 minutes.
I received a defective laptop that was claimed to be in excellent refurbished condition and cost over £1000. They offered a meager £5 refund, so I chose to return it for repairs. Two weeks later, I was informed they 'have no more in stock' and would need to refund me. What happened to the one I returned, which I was initially told had been repaired, remains unclear. Now, I just want my refund, but my emails are going unanswered. I strongly advise against this service!

This reflects poorly on the seller and the previous corporate owner. Additionally, communication with the seller was frustrating; they did not respond to emails, and I had to follow up on both return and refund through their chat feature.
