I ordered a wifi triple pack during Black Friday for an in-stock item and paid for express delivery, but five days later, my order is still pending. My emails to customer service went unanswered, and calls to sales just redirected me back to customer service without a response. Now, I will have to order from another source without the discount, knowing it will arrive promptly. I am extremely disappointed with my first experience and will not be using this seller again.
