I received a defective laptop that was claimed to be in excellent refurbished condition and cost over £1000. They offered a meager £5 refund, so I chose to return it for repairs. Two weeks later, I was informed they 'have no more in stock' and would need to refund me. What happened to the one I returned, which I was initially told had been repaired, remains unclear. Now, I just want my refund, but my emails are going unanswered. I strongly advise against this service!
