I paid £1,560 for a Dell ultra-wide monitor, a premium product. At just over 30 days, it died due to a hardware fault. It's been one month since I reported that, and I still don't have either a replacement screen or a refund. They've dragged out the process, either intentionally or due to incompetence. I'm still out £1,560, and I have had no screen for a month. This was a work tool and being without a screen has severely impacted my ability to work effectively.
I will update this review as and when I get a resolution, but I'm at my wits end. I've spent hours on phone calls, packing a very sensitive, fragile, and expensive display at my own cost, and returning it only to have them drag out the process longer by demanding that the stand is returned as well for them to test the screen. This makes absolutely no sense of course, but I’ve sent it to them anyway. Now they’re telling me to send it again despite it having already been sent to them.
Any decent company would have provided a brand new replacement as soon as this fault was reported and the screen had been sent to them. They could have plugged a power cable in, tried turning it on, and confirmed that it didn't work. It's like they're deliberately trying to drag this process out until you just give up. All the while keeping your money.
At this point, I'm exhausted and can only hope this review serves to warn as many people as possible off this company. Just buy it from Amazon.
