I purchased a PC on January 3rd for delivery on the 17th. Throughout this time, there was no communication from the seller. I reached out via email on the 16th to inquire about the shipment, only to find out that it was out of stock. They've held onto my payment for two weeks.
I paid for a laptop that was supposed to arrive on December 30th, but it never showed up. I spent countless hours on the phone and exchanged several emails without receiving any clear explanation, just broken promises. Eventually, I decided to cancel my order, only to learn they were waiting for cancellation confirmation from their supplier. I made it clear that my agreement was with them, not the supplier, but it fell on deaf ears. They assured me of a refund in three days, which I never received. It wasn't until I filed a claim in small claims court that I finally got a response and my refund. The customer service was chaotic and untrustworthy.
I ordered RAM for my laptop and was initially pleased with the price, but things quickly took a turn. I was informed it would arrive on December 31st, but that didn't happen. I tried to be understanding since it was New Year's Eve. I was then told it would arrive the following Monday, but still no delivery! After calling the next day, I was assured it would be here, yet nothing arrived. Now I've been informed it was supposedly delivered yesterday, but there was no note or any confirmation, and it's now under investigation. This was a Christmas gift from my partner's parents, and I’m left uncertain about whether I’ll receive anything. The staff have been nice, but I didn’t receive clear information. They clearly need to improve their delivery service for better tracking. I can't say I would choose this service again, and I hope this gets sorted out.
