I ordered seven pairs of earrings. Three were identical with overly thick wires that hurt my ears, making them unsuitable as gifts. One arrived broken, another had a stone that was just paint, not the real deal. I also didn’t receive the gift boxes shown in the pictures. I reached out for help but never got a response. Had I known about the poor quality and service, I wouldn’t have spent my money.
