I gave a star because that's the minimum. With Christmas Eve tomorrow, the order I placed in November has yet to arrive. I have a limited income and wanted to buy some nice gifts for my granddaughter, but now it seems I will have nothing. I would really appreciate a refund; $100 is a significant amount for someone with my financial situation.
I wish I could give negative stars. I placed an order for earrings and got a confirmation. The following day, they deducted the payment from my debit card, but I never received the earrings. There was no way to reach out to the support team. Thankfully, my bank was able to refund my money.
I would rate this a zero if possible. I purchased the necklace featured prominently in their advertisements, but what I received was a poor imitation. Had I known the true quality, I would never have made the purchase. They denied my request for a return and refund. This feels like theft, and they shouldn't be allowed to market themselves online or elsewhere. It's also suspicious that their platform doesn't allow for reviews.

The quality is terrible! The jewelry resembles something I could find at a convenience store. Instead of gold, it’s orange and doesn’t match the images at all. It’s just cheap costume jewelry! I strongly advise against purchasing it. Save your money and consider other options; you can find similar items for much less elsewhere!

I noticed this seller uses the same deceptive tactics as other brands. They feature the same model and employ similar marketing strategies. The products are not handcrafted as claimed and resemble low-quality items from overseas. It’s disappointing to see such practices.
I ordered seven pairs of earrings. Three were identical with overly thick wires that hurt my ears, making them unsuitable as gifts. One arrived broken, another had a stone that was just paint, not the real deal. I also didn’t receive the gift boxes shown in the pictures. I reached out for help but never got a response. Had I known about the poor quality and service, I wouldn’t have spent my money.
