I ordered 3 rings and I paid for them. I did not receive them and the post office said it was delivered but I did not get them. I have been caught in a round robin of excuses. They say we sent them and the post office says we delivered them and I need to get them to refund my money or resend the items. I keep getting and sending emails back and forth and no one wants to take responsibility for the rings not getting to me. Lara Green wants me to get a certificate of non-receipt from the post office and send it to them, but I don't even have an address to send it to them. I have been waiting over a month for this and I am sick and tired of all this back and forth. They can keep the money. Don't ever buy anything from this company because it takes forever for them to arrive and if the post office looses them your out of luck.
