I would rate this a zero if possible. I purchased the necklace featured prominently in their advertisements, but what I received was a poor imitation. Had I known the true quality, I would never have made the purchase. They denied my request for a return and refund. This feels like theft, and they shouldn't be allowed to market themselves online or elsewhere. It's also suspicious that their platform doesn't allow for reviews.
