I gave a star because that's the minimum. With Christmas Eve tomorrow, the order I placed in November has yet to arrive. I have a limited income and wanted to buy some nice gifts for my granddaughter, but now it seems I will have nothing. I would really appreciate a refund; $100 is a significant amount for someone with my financial situation.
