Very disappointing experience; they claim returns are free, but not at the post office! This wasn’t made clear, and I went to the post office only to find out that it would cost me 8 CHF. I also tried to find information on their website, but everything was in a different language! Additionally, I purchased some sheets that tore after the first wash.
