A highly disappointing and unprofessional experience. I signed up for the newsletter to get a welcome discount, but the app didn’t work — it only displayed an error message. I contacted support multiple times: I sent emails, called (where they blamed my internet despite my checks), and even messaged on social media about low stock on shoes I wanted. I requested a quick resolution, but was told to wait 48 hours. By the time they responded, my size was sold out, just as I had warned. I sent another email yesterday, but still no reply. For a company this size, the delay and neglect regarding urgent matters is completely unprofessional. This slow service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
