I ordered a trench coat in a nice color and shape. Unfortunately, it arrived incredibly wrinkled. I thought the wrinkles would come out after hanging it for a few days, but that didn’t work. I ended up spending an additional 67 euros to have it steamed. I hope they will provide a discount for this inconvenience, as wearing a wrinkled coat looks very cheap!
