I have placed an order on a furniture item which was quite pricey! 550.-SFr.However, the next day I get an email telling me the item is not available! and that they will keep me posted as to when it will become available for shipping.In the email, there is a phone number to contact that is supposed to give you the information you need, like answering a simple question of when will I be getting my shipment and even that proved to be too hard a question to answer!This is lousy and unprofessional customer handling bordering on actual lying and exploitation of the customer's trust!That to me is simply unacceptable. These big companies can not charge very pricey fees for their items and then shove you aside till the item becomes available at their own pace and time. I would not recommend anyone place an order for expensive items with La Redoute Suisse because their handling of orders is not professional.
