I would rate this as zero stars if possible. I've been ignored via email for weeks and can't reach anyone on the phone. This feels like a total scam. They deliberately sent the wrong product, and I went out of my way to return it nearly a month ago, but I still haven't received my refund. My attempts to contact them resulted in a generic response, which is both disgraceful and embarrassing for a business. This violates consumer rights, and I intend to escalate this to higher management. I set a deadline for my refund, and there has been no reply, despite sending proof of the return ages ago. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
