I purchased three furniture items for a holiday home in Italy. Two items arrived late, but one is still missing despite the original delivery window of 3-6 days now extending to three weeks. I've repeatedly tried to get answers from customer service, but whenever they responded, it was about product information, not my order. Six weeks later, I still haven’t received my order. I requested a refund, but they are refusing to process it. The order is suddenly available for delivery in two weeks, but I won’t be here for it! When I called, I was left on hold and then disconnected. The email responses have been unfriendly and unhelpful. After being a customer for many years, I will never order from this service again.
