I would rate this as zero if I could. I've been ignored via email for weeks and can't reach anyone on the phone. This feels like a complete scam. They sent the wrong item intentionally, and despite returning it nearly a month ago, I still haven’t received my refund. My attempts to contact them resulted in a generic response, which is both disgraceful and embarrassing for a business. This is a violation of consumer rights, and I plan to escalate this to higher management. I set a deadline for my refund, and there has been no response, despite providing proof of the return long ago. I strongly advise against ordering from this service.
