I ordered two wool rugs on 30 November, based on a promise of delivery in 3–5 days, which was still advertised weeks later. My order remained in 'preparing' status for over two weeks without any updates. I tried contacting customer service through all available channels, but most messages were ignored. The only reply I received was a generic response about shipping. The order was eventually marked as 'shipped' despite no carrier having the parcel. I received contradictory delivery notifications, and it became clear that the order never left the company's warehouse. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, with misleading delivery promises and a customer service team that takes no ownership. I would advise avoiding this service completely.
