This is the worst customer service I've encountered. I've been trying to get a reply for over a week regarding an order that was charged but not confirmed. I finally received a response stating the order was delayed, but then I was ignored again. The status of my order remains unclear. Shipping was quick and the quality seems fine, but the prices are too high for a single duvet cover and pillow. I likely won't shop here again due to this. You can find similar quality for reasonable prices elsewhere. The packaging was also inadequate, with both orders arriving roughly handled and with holes in the plastic.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. They do not respond to any of my attempts to contact them. I need to return a large bed, which requires scheduling a pickup. The website states that pickups can be arranged via email or phone, but I haven't received a response since 30 November. When I tried calling, I was left waiting and then hung up on. Even after leaving a review elsewhere, they replied but still haven't contacted me about my return.
