The status changed from 'two weeks delivery' to 'my desired cancelled or defective articles,' which is quite confusing. I've been unable to reach customer service despite numerous attempts through email, messaging apps, and their online form. The total cost is 1146.00, and I just want a refund. I sincerely hope this can be resolved quickly without further action on my part. It's frustrating, and I urge the company to address this issue promptly.
