Ridiculous Return Fees even when it's their fault

EDIT: editing my review bc I can’t figure out how to reply to Larroude’s response. My order number is LARR285409.I ordered shoes that were marked as "Ready to Ship". I paid Larroude to have them delivered in 3-5 business days. If you've read any other reviews, I'm sure you can guess they did not arrive within that timeframe. I tried to reach out to customer service every way I could find - email, phone, social media. All went unanswered. The shoes did eventually arrive 31 days later, long after the event that I wanted them for. They are eligible for return, but Larroude wants to deduct the cost that I paid them to ship in that timeframe + a $14.95 return fee. I find those deductions absurd considering I am returning because they could not deliver as promised.
