The closing mechanisms are incredibly disappointing. The doors were marketed as "premium," so we decided to invest a bit more for quality. However, within just 18 months, the door began to slam shut. Customer service charged me over $130 for a replacement closer and mentioned it would ship in 10-14 days. Is it really still the 1980s? The so-called "lifetime warranty" seems to only cover the door's structure. What a poor decision this was. Next time, I’ll opt for a different brand!
