To make a long story short, deposited 50.00, and received a 260% welcome bonus and 25 free spins. The bonus had a 30x rollover. Hit a sizable jackpot, then had some luck on the gaming tables. Was about about 3K then ended up just over 1K with my rollover satisfied. My average bet on the tables was around 150.00(playing 3 hands).Decided to withdraw the funds. Sent them all the required information, even though my deposit was bitcoin. They of course slow rolled verification saying they didn't receive some of it, and the process took about 10 days. Finally received an email yesterday that I was good to go.This morning I wake up to them rejecting my payout, saying that the max bet on that bonus is 10.00. Of course that is nowhere on the main description of the bonus terms and conditions, it is deep in the annals of the house rules. My response was pretty angry with my main point being, why does the system allow a customer to place over a 10.00 with this bonus? I'm sure I will get no reply.I just wanted to make sure no one else makes this mistake. Oh well, March Madness is almost here, no real reason to be upset.
I deposited $50.00 using my credit card and on the same day an unauthorized purchase of $250.00 showed up on my credit card history. Of course my bank is giving me a provisional credit for this disputed amount but the frauds probably absconded with a free $250.00. In addition I was playing Blackjack and after playing a couple of hours the dealer won approximately 17 out of 20 hands and wiped me out. Don't even dream of playing on their site!
I am a pretty experienced gambler. I live in Las Vegas and play a lot online and in person. This casino is indeed a scam, but also legit. I started with $100 and won about $2500. They make it very hard to verified and dont let you withdraw your winnings in one shot. But I have been patient and every 3 weeks I get $300 so I have gotten back about $900 on my $100 investment. Are they great no, but not horrible either. Still, better casinos exist online that wont play around with your withdrawal winnings. If they paid people out properly, they would make more money in the long run. More people would come back loose. I think once people get the run around, they take what they can and just move on to a more legit casino. They will run out of customers at some point and people will turn to more legit online operations.

Slow slow payout, 8 days now waiting around for validation department to validate me so I can withdraw funds. They took my instant Bitcoin deposits no problem. Withdrawal is a nightmare although I've verified my info by phone and sent documents with photo ID. There are many better casinos to gamble in that payout without all this waiting.
