I am claiming on California department of justice, and into the FTC Federal Trade commission, I have nothing to loose, I will report to every possible agency

Total scam...signed up paid for course to see what was like as Im childrens art teacher and thought would just order more based on the first one just had €300 taken out of my account for year subscription.and whats worse is they are offering year subscription package at half price online. They also do monthly subscription but these scammers go in for yearly subscription because its in the fine print . DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY COURCES NO MATTER HOW CHEAP OR HOW GOOD YOU THINK THEY MIGHT BE. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Absolutely disgusting!! It's such a pity I did not read this before, but I did not know that I would become yet another victim in their thievery. DO NOT BUY FROM DOMESIKA - THEY ARE THIEVES.I am still awaiting my refund from a so called 2 year subscription I am supposed to have bought!Disgusted!

I am extremely frustrated with Domestika. They just charged my Payoneer card $166.15 for a Plus subscription renewal without any clear notification or my consent. This is a massive amount of money for a student, and it feels like a total trap!I contacted their support immediately after the charge, but I am only getting automated bot responses. I have NOT used any of the 11 Plus credits or any other features from this renewal. According to consumer rights, I am entitled to a refund for an unused service that was charged accidentally.Domestika is using predatory tactics to lock people into expensive yearly plans. If they do not resolve this and refund my $166.15 immediately, I will be forced to file a formal dispute/chargeback via Payoneer and report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB)."DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE WITH YOUR CARD DETAILS!"

On December 10, 2025, I purchased one course from Domestika and paid a total of 49 TL for this transaction. The description of the transaction reflected on my credit card statement was "Order C5110**19T33503436". During the purchase, I only made payment for this single course and did not consent to any subscription or recurring payment.However, on January 10, 2026, I noticed an unauthorized deduction of 6,400 TL from my credit card by Domestika under the code "Order C5158**62T33959279". Despite the requirement for at least 7 days' prior notification as stated during the initial purchase, I received no email or SMS notification whatsoever. Additionally, I provided no written or verbal approval for this payment.While Domestika presents itself as a platform offering affordable knowledge and education to people, I believe this practice of high-amount, unauthorized, and un-notified collections under the guise of low-cost course sales misleads and victimizes users. The claim of providing education at affordable prices is overshadowed by such unfair practices, completely eroding our trust. Many Turkish academics, scientists, artists, and experts in their fields share knowledge on this platform, yet such practices tarnish their credibility and cast their efforts under the shadow of misguided commercial policies.I absolutely do not accept this collection, which occurred without my approval, knowledge, or consent. Moreover, it is both unethical and victimizing to make such a large deduction when I haven't even watched the courses I initially purchased.I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized transaction from my credit card and the full refund of 6,400 TL as soon as possible. Otherwise, I expressly state that I will initiate legal proceedings and exercise all my legal rights.

I was charged $327.52 USD for an annual Domestika Plus renewal. This was not intentional—I missed the trial cancellation deadline.What matters: I cancelled immediately (same day) and I have unused credits (no courses redeemed).I contacted support right away, but received a standard response pointing to terms instead of a clear refund decision.I’m sharing this so others are aware: the renewal is easy to miss and the support response felt unhelpful. I’m still requesting a refund for a same-day cancellation with no usage.

DO NOT USE DOMESTIKA!I purchased a $1.99 online video course over 18 months ago, since then no other contact.They then use my paypal account to STEAL $363.15 *(£280.77) on Dec 30th 2025.My bank (in the UK) has clawed back the payment - but now Paypal are threatening me with debt collection agencies - they accept no responsibility.Domestika do not respond.Both PayPal and Domsetika should be avoided at all costs.

Scam alert!

Scam - warning! If you buy a course for 1-10 dollar they steal 350$ from your Paypal - they have scammed hundreds of customers around the world. Don’t do my mistake and buy anything from them! No refund, no answer, no respect. 😡
