I had a thermal skin tightening treatment and appreciated the friendly staff, but the results were disappointing. The technician used a low laser setting, which I believe compromised the treatment's effectiveness. I left feeling like my investment was wasted, as I didn’t achieve the results I expected. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning for future treatments.
