I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received today at Laser Clinics Australia, Parramatta Westfield branch (Westfield Parramatta nsw) .
I have been a loyal and honest customer for over 10 years, and this is not my first visit to this clinic. However, during my appointment today, I was attended by a staff member named Kate. This is also not my first experience with her, and unfortunately, I have consistently found her manner to be somewhat rude and unwelcoming. I felt as though I was being treated as if I were receiving the service for free rather than as a long-standing paying client.
In addition, I did not feel that the service was carried out with the level of care and professionalism expected. While I understand that everyone has their own personality and communication style, when on duty, staff members have a responsibility to demonstrate professionalism and duty of care toward clients. Customer experience directly reflects the reputation of Laser Clinics Australia, and I believe this matter deserves attention.
